Stacie Getgood - Manager and Facility Coordinator

Prime Genetics’ Manager and Facility Coordinator is Stacie Getgood. She is a wife and the mother of two boys. Stacie has been actively employed in various aspects of the medical field for the last 18 years. As a cancer survivor, a condition that impacted her ability to have further children, she is imminently familiar with the hardships of infertility. Her life experiences and training have made her an ideal Manager and Facility Coordinator to carry out the focus and dedication of Prime Genetics in helping intended parents start and expand their families.

Randi Harris - Coordinator

Randi is a young mother of 2 boys and joined Prime Genetics as a coordinator at the beginning of 2014 after being a 2x gestational surrogate. Randi has been a part of the surrogacy community since 2007, she gave birth to b/g twins for an international couple in 2010 and again in 2013. Even though she is a retired surrogate, surrogacy is her passion through and through and now enjoys helping other families grow in a different way.

Laura Rector - Case Manager

Laura joined the Prime Genetics team at the beginning of 2026 after being in the industry since 2024. As a wife and mom of six children, family is at the heart of who she is. Her own family journey has also given her a unique perspective as she grew her family through adoption of one of her children.

As a case manager, she is passionate about providing compassionate support, thoughtful guidance, and a caring presence to intended parents every step of the way. Laura feels incredibly blessed to be part of the Prime Genetics family and the ability to help make the dream of parenthood a reality for intended parents.
